SIZING

Please review the size guide before purchase. Though we expect a certain size to fit, each manufacturer has their own sizing guidelines and may vary slightly from other manufacturers. Please do your diligence to read the size guide for each product before purchasing to avoid the need to exchange for size.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

To start the process for a return or exchange, please visit our Support Page. In some instances, a photo will be required before we are able to approve a replacement to be sent out. Please be prepared to submit that after the claim process has been started.

  • Unable to Deliver: If a carrier is unable to deliver your order to the provided address, it will be returned to us. We’re happy to reship with an updated address, but the customer is responsible for paying for reshipment costs.
    • Common reasons carriers are unable to deliver include:
      • City and zip code not matching
      • Missing or incorrect apartment numbers
      • Typos
  • Lost in Transit: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date in order. We will send a replacement at no cost to you so long as the tracking information does not show confirmation of delivery. If tracking information states an order was delivered, we cannot take responsibility for it missing but will replace the order at half the price. In this instance you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping and will receive 50% off the cost for the order after we confirm that we have a correct shipping address.   If no claim is made within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date, a new order will need to be placed at the expense of the customer.
  • Customer Returns: Returns are accepted, less the cost of return shipping. Please be sure to read the sizing guides before purchase.
  • Customer Exchanges: If your product was misprinted, damaged or defective, we will replace it for you. Claims for exchanges must be submitted within 3 weeks of product delivery. Please note that photos will be required.
    • One exchange for size will be granted per order, less the cost of return shipping. Please review the size guide for each item you are ordering to avoid the need to exchange for size.
  • Damaged Items: Though we strive for perfection, items can be damaged at any point through production, fulfillment and shipping. If you receive a damaged or defected item, we will provide a replacement at no charge to the customer. Claims for replacements must be submitted within 3 weeks of receipt.

SALES TAX

We pay the necessary sales tax for orders shipped to the following states:  Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey. North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.  We do not pay the sales tax for orders shipped to Washington state, it is added to your total at check out.
